Meet Our Aeronautics Expert

Jimmy Hoon

With a distinguished background as a former Airframe and Engine Specialist from the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), Jimmy brings unparalleled expertise and passion to his programs.

His experience spans Southeast Asia and Oceania, collaborating with the Royal Thai Air Force and the Royal Australian Air Force during joint military exercises in Thailand and Australia. A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Jimmy has been flying radio-controlled model aeroplanes since the age of 9, a passion that fuels his commitment to educating the next generation of aerospace innovators.

As a registered instructor with the Ministry of Education Singapore, Jimmy has been instrumental in coaching students from government schools to excel in the annual Amazing Flying Machine competition, where his students have consistently achieved top honours, including the Championship Award and Best Performance Awards, a testament to his commitment to nurturing future aerospace leaders.
